Oakland University

Oakland University is located in Rochester, MI, located NE of Detroit. OU was co-founded by Matilda Dodge Wilson and John A. Hannah on the grounds that surrounded their home, the historical Meadow Brook Hall. Oakland University offers 139 bacherlor's degree programs and 127 graduate programs, with approximately 17,000 undergraduate and 3,500 graduate students.

The OU Psychology Department

The OU Psychology Department has 19 full-time faculty members. The Psychology graduate program offers concentrations on Social/Personality, Behavioral Health, Evolutionary/Comparative, Developmental, and Cognitive/Perception/Biological Psychology, offering both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees. In Fall 2017, a new combined MS/BS programs will provide current and future students with opportunities for a fast-track, thesis bearing, MS degree.
