Christian Kotoye

Christian joined the PhD program in Fall 2018 and is being coadvised by Dr. Escobar and Dr.  Melissa McDonald. He is interested in intergroup relationships, and how race and socioeconomic status drive biases in social relationships and education. One of his focus of interest is how implicit biases may affect the mentor-mentee relationship, and how the nature of this relationship may influence professional identity.
